Returns & Exchanges

At Spun Threads, every item is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to size, fit, or buyer’s remorse. Please check our size guides carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no extra cost.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include the following in your email:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item showing the problem

Lost Packages & Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been dispatched. However, if your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our production partners to send a replacement.
