Welcome to Spun Threads. By purchasing from our store, you agree to the following terms:

1. General

Spun Threads is a print-on-demand brand. All products are made-to-order. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate shipping and contact information.

2. Products

Each item is produced when you order. Small variations in print placement or color may occur. These are considered part of the unique nature of print-on-demand products.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment must be received in full before production begins. Shopify Payments and PayPal are accepted.

4. Shipping

Orders are shipped directly from our production partners. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates only. Spun Threads is not responsible for delays caused by carriers.

5. Returns & Refunds

As all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or buyer’s remorse.
If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs are exclusive to Spun Threads. You may not reproduce, copy, or resell our designs without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Spun Threads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of our products or services.
