Order Processing

All items are made-to-order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping Times

• U.S. Orders: 5–10 business days after production

• International Orders: 10–20 business days after production (may vary depending on customs and carrier)

These timeframes are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, customs, etc.).

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before you complete your order.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Spun Threads is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers. If your package is lost in transit, we’ll work with our production partners to send a replacement.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
